You can speed-level to 80 and keep exploring, if you want. The level-scaling feature will ensure that your stats are "corrected" for lower-level areas — you'll still generally be more powerful than a low-level character, because you have access to more skills and traits, and the scaling still leaves you with stronger stats overall, but you won't literally one-shot everything like you might There is no grind to 80 on this game. You can level up so many ways, even just running around all the maps can get you to 80. You should level up normally, not just because it's the best way to get back into the game and reconnect with the storyline but also because Revenant differs vastly from other professions. Or a option to delete this boost.. You can already use it on a lvl 80 character. It'll simply give you the same goodies a boostet character would get (equipment, bags, consumables). 2. 1. Level 80 boost - (Spirit Shards or Delete) option. By Mixistrike.7840. August 4, 2021 in Guild Wars 2 Discussion. Share. Followers. Using the level 80 boost gives you a set of exotic gear, yes, but it will be bound to the character you used the boost on. On the other hand, you can use it on a character that has already reached max level, like your thief. Bear in mind you can get equally good gear from lots of other places. Equipment in GW2 is pretty straight forward - all items with the same level requirement and rarity are equally good. So any level 80 exotics you get will be as good as the boost equipment, and if you get it from somewhere else you can choose the stats and save your boost. Evil Darkness.3061. Members. 9. Share.
