What is "game-changing" enough to warrant it is the constant open world + co-op + fast-paced actions. eh, I also play on the PS5 and am not happy about this. This is probably the first "new" title that does not run at 60FPS on the new consoles. I blame the lack optimization to be honest and expect a crapfest on PC as well. There are newer games on PS and XBOX that run at 60FPS and look a lot better than this. But a couple of people have made comparisons for the final game, Batman Arkham Knight, between the Switch version and things like the PS5 version of the trilogy, and as you might have guessed, the Currently there is a sale for the arkham collection for about 10$. Should I get it? Absolutely. All of the games are fun (apart from the batmobile chicanery in Knight, that shit can suck my balls) Thing is the bat mobile stuff isn't even bad, it's just boring and way too often it's mandatory for progress. Well the PS4/XboxOne ports of Arkham Asylum and Arkham City still run at 30fps on PS5/XboxSeriesX/S, so I'm not super confident about getting them going at 60fps on Switch all of a sudden. As for the Arkham Knight, it'll be a big ask getting it running at steady 30fps on Switch given that's the best it's ever run on XboxOne/PS4 (the original Batman Arkham Knight receives The Batman (2022) Suit update - I am the Shadows. This gives me hope for a proper current gen patch. A man can only dream. RDR2, Dishonerd 2 and Arkham Knight not having 60fps patches is unforgivable.
